Who defended the just-convicted Brummie terrorists?

Three potential bombers, from Birmingham, who plotted to carry out an attack to rival the 7 July and 9/11 atrocities, have just been found guilty of terrorism charges.

They were found guilty at Woolwich Crown Court of being "central figures" in the plan. Jurors were told they planned to set off up to eight bombs in rucksacks, using timers to detonate the charges. Khalid boasted that the attack was "another 9/11" and "revenge for everything".

The terrorist also recruited others and posed as legitimate charity workers on the streets of Birmingham (I have personally seen this) and collected thousands of pounds from unsuspecting members of the public.
Undercover surveillance also proved very important in uncovering the plot despite the fact that the Muslim community, as well as various activists and politicians (e.g., Salma Yaqoob, Lord Ahmed, the Reverend Ray Gaston, Shami Chakrarbarti), campaigned against any such surveillance; such as when they successfully won the battle against the “spy cameras” which were placed in various “terrorist hotspots” of Birmingham, such as Sparkbrook and Sparkhill.

The trial heard the men were inspired by sermons of US-born Islamist cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who was killed in Yemen in September 2011. (Anwar al-Awlaki has been defended by Victoria Brittain, a writer for the Guardian - see below.)

Usually, such brown Muslims as these are deemed

innocent until proven white and/or right wing.

Or at least this is the reality as seen by the many white, very well-off and very privileged Leftist or Left-Liberal lawyers and activists who defend these scumbags - and thus defend the indefensible.

And before anyone tells me that all lawyers and solicitors defend the indefensible because that’s their job and it’s what secures us a fair and just system. I agree. But none of that stops it from being the case that these particular Trotskyists or Leftist lawyers go out of their way to specifically defend Muslim terror “suspects”.

Gareth Peirce, Victoria Brittain* (who also regularly writes for the Guardian – see note below) and others have specifically chosen, on many occasions, the Brown, the Exotic, the Muslim, and the Terrorist because all that fits into their pre-existing ideological and political game plan: the all-encompassing “critique”, destruction or destabilisation of our parliamentary capitalist democracy.

These lawyers and solicitors are secure part of a very important Gramscian Institution - the Law. They are even part of the Gramscian Establishment. They are virtually all white. All posh. All privileged. All ex-graduates of Oxbridge/LSE. All from the posh parts of the south. All Far Left. (These people strongly believe in what they call “class analysis” – so that’s what I’ve just given them! The just-mentioned Victoria Brittain of the Guardian, for example, has carried out many “studies” on what she calls “class and race”. I wonder if she has ever included herself, and her “class-position”, in such studies?)

So as a result of all that it almost automatically follows, to them at least, that

Muslims can only ever be Oppressed. They can never be guilty or in the wrong.

Leftism, as well as Nice Liberalism, doesn’t allow Muslims the freedom to be guilty or to do wrong. They are children to be condescended to (like the ever-exotic-and-childlike Palestinians). They are only to be helped by super-posh lawyers and activists from the posher parts of London.

When these Liberals and Leftist do good, when their supreme tolerance shines brightly onto the pages of the Guardian, the world outside their posh suburbs burns and dies in the name of Islam - and all simply to make them feel pleased with themselves.

Abu Qatada & Gareth Peirce
Gareth Peirce, or some other super-posh guilt-ridden Trotskyist/Leftist lawyer from London, will be defending others - like those Muslims just convicted - in no time.
These Posh White Leftists will defend anyone brown.
They will defend anyone who helps destabilise the "capitalist system" they have befitted so much from. (Think here of the classic Leftist hypocritical position of the Independent’s young darling, Owen Jones, calling for the “abolition of Oxbridge” – a place where he himself studied!)

They will defend anyone who helps their own cause (revolution, radicalisation, or all-econpassing “critique” of "capitalist democracy") by their helping the Islamists/terrorists' cause (Islamisation).

Either these ultra-privileged Leftists don’t see what their terrorist friends do as terrorism (they see it as “national liberation”, or “interfaithing”, or “the search for Justice and Equality”, or “the pure instantiation of a Marxist materialist state”); or they do know this but don’t mind because it all contributes to an attack on Das System, the Capitalist Democracy (thus not genuine democracy) we - and they! - live in. It’s all taken as a way of destabilising the status quo and thus, as leftists always believe, “making it worse and thus making it better”. And with the Annual Final Capitalist Crisis, and even genuine poverty, all these bad things are secretly good things to these Trots. Just as brown terrorists blowing up civilians is a good thing to them. Such acts of bloodshed are simply acts against Western Imperialism (when abroad) and against Democratic Capitalism (when at home).

Victoria Brittain with Moazzam Begg.
*) The Guardian’s Victoria Brittain has supported and/or defended:  Adel Abdul Bary, Abu Hamza, Abu Qatada, Moazzam Begg, Anwar al-Awlaki, Ahmed Ghailani, Talha Ahsan, Babar Ahmad… and many other terrorists and terror-suspects  sometimes linked with al-Qaeda and sometimes not linked. In fact, she has - and will in the future - support any terrorist or terror-suspect because it benefits her both ideologically and politically (as well as financially!) to do so.
